Have two (2) sets of official transcripts sent directly from your high school, college and/or university to the Mid-America Montessori Teacher Training Institute. Also, either send a current state teaching certificate or a current, certified background check from your current state of residence.

The applicant's qualifications and suitability will be determined on the basis of the written application, previous academic record, references and interview. When all required information has been received, a final review will be made by the Teacher Training Coordinator. The applicant will be notified with regard to his/her acceptance into the training program.

Admission to the Mid-America Montessori Teacher Training Institute is open to all qualified individuals, regardless of sex, race, color, creed or national origin.


Completed applications are due by August 1 for the September entry and December 1 for the January entry.
